Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants must be active individual Sharia investors at Mirae Asset Sekuritas (corporations, institutions, or other organizations are not eligible).
2. Complete at least 1 transaction (buy/sell) within one period (3 months).
3. Use M-STOCK or HOTS, which are certified Sharia Online Trading System (SOTS) platforms.
4. Participants are not allowed to register for this event under more than one brokerage.
5. Participants agree to comply with all rules set by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia.
6. Participants bear full responsibility for all investment risks and returns.
7. Participants must abide by applicable regulations, including DSN MUI Fatwa No. 80.
8. Winners will be determined based on the highest ROI (Return on Investment) among active participants, evaluated at the Exchange Member's discretion in accordance with verified criteria.
9. Any form of violation during the event may lead to immediate disqualification.
10. The competition is divided into two categories based on average monthly transaction value: a. Beginner: Investors with an average monthly transaction value of up to IDR 25,000,000 and at least 1 buy/sell transaction within 3 months. b. Pro: Investors with an average monthly transaction value of at least IDR 25,000,000 and at least 1 buy/sell transaction within 3 months.
