Stock Transaction Tax

A 0.1% final income tax is withheld on each stock sale transaction (automatically deducted).

Stock Sale	0.1% of gross proceeds (final tax)
Stock Dividend	10% final income tax

Dividend Tax

• Cash Dividend: 10% final income tax (withheld by the company)
• Stock Dividend: 10% final income tax based on fair value

NPWP Benefit

Investors with an NPWP (Tax ID Number) receive a 50% tax discount on certain income types. It is strongly recommended to register your NPWP.

Tax Reporting

• Stock transaction taxes are reported in your Annual Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan).
• You will receive a tax certificate (bukti potong) from Mirae Asset Sekuritas.
