How do I get my annual tax certificate?

Annual Tax Certificate (Bukti Potong)

Your annual tax certificate (Form 1721-A1 or similar) is issued every January for the previous tax year.

How to Get It

1. Log in to your M-STOCK account.
2. Go to Documents → Tax Documents.
3. Download your tax certificate for the relevant year.

If You Cannot Find It

• Contact Customer Care at 150350.

• Visit the nearest branch with your identity card.
