How to change your Password & PIN?

**Customers can change their password & pin by accessing the HOTS application and following the steps below :
If customers use HOTS application on [PC/Laptop] **

Please login using your user id and password
Select Menu
Click Account
Select change password & pin [screen 0000]
Click update

**If customers use Neo HOTS application on [Mobile] **

Please login using your user id and password
Select setting
Click account setting
Select change password & pin [screen 0000]
Click update

**Password Requirements : **

The password must consist of 8 ~ 12 characters. 
The password must use a combination of Numbers, Uppercase, and Lowercase (example: AlphanuM1234).

**PIN Requirements : **

The PIN must consist of a 6-digit number. 
It is not recommended to use a PIN with a simple number pattern, such as a combination of birth date numbers (example: 130991, 910913) or sequence of numbers (example: 111111, 123456, and so on)
